Although you may be travelling as part of a group, every traveller is responsible for their own booking, payment and obligations.

One person may organise a group and invite others to join, but they are not financially responsible for any other traveller.

Each traveller enters into a separate booking agreement with Blueprint Breaks when they complete their booking and full payment is successfully received.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been successfully received and all required booking information has been provided.

Accommodation, activities, transport (where included) and other travel services will only be booked once full payment has been received and all booking requirements have been met.

A booking is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Blueprint Breaks currently accepts full payment only.

The total holiday price shown at the time of booking is payable in full immediately.

By completing your booking and making payment, you agree to the total holiday price and authorise Blueprint Breaks to process the payment using your chosen payment method.

Once full payment has been received and your booking has been confirmed, the holiday price will remain fixed unless you request changes to your booking or additional charges become payable as a result of those changes.

If a payment cannot be successfully processed, your booking will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.

Blueprint Breaks may contact you using the email address provided during the booking process to request an alternative or updated payment method.

If full payment is not successfully received, Blueprint Breaks reserves the right to cancel or release the booking.

All bookings are subject to the cancellation terms set out below and any applicable rights you may have under UK law.

If you decide to cancel your booking, you must notify Blueprint Breaks as soon as possible.

Any refund will be subject to these Terms & Conditions and, where applicable, the terms and conditions of our third-party suppliers.

Where the booking or any of its components are non-refundable, the corresponding amount may not be refunded.

Any refund due will be communicated to you following cancellation and processed in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.

If you withdraw from a group booking after confirming your place:

• Your individual booking may be cancelled.
• Any refund will be subject to these Terms & Conditions and applicable supplier cancellation terms.
• Your place cannot be transferred to another person unless approved by Blueprint Breaks.
• Your cancellation does not affect the individual bookings of other travellers in your group.

Requests to amend your booking are subject to availability and the approval of our suppliers.

Additional charges may apply for amendments, including supplier charges and administration fees.

Blueprint Breaks cannot guarantee that requested changes can be accommodated.

Where an amendment is permitted, any additional costs must be paid before the amendment can be confirmed.

Where permitted by our suppliers, you may request to transfer your booking to another person.

Name changes:

• Are subject to supplier approval.
• May incur supplier charges and administration fees.
• May not be possible for certain accommodation providers, activities or transport services.

A name change is not confirmed until Blueprint Breaks has received approval from the relevant suppliers and any applicable charges have been paid.

Blueprint Breaks specialises in mystery holidays across the United Kingdom.

By making a booking, you understand and accept that:

• Your destination will remain undisclosed until the date selected for your reveal.
• Accommodation, activities and itinerary will be selected by Blueprint Breaks.
• The mystery element is a core and essential part of the experience.
• We cannot accept requests for specific destinations, hotels or activities.
• We will take into account any medical requirements, accessibility needs, allergies and other relevant information you provide during booking, where reasonably possible.

By booking a mystery holiday, you agree that the destination, accommodation and itinerary will be selected by Blueprint Breaks in accordance with the nature of the mystery experience.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

The total price displayed at the time of booking is the price payable for your holiday.

Once your booking has been confirmed, your holiday price will remain fixed unless you request changes to your booking or additional charges become payable as a result of your requested amendments.

Blueprint Breaks organises your mystery holiday using carefully selected accommodation providers, activity operators and other travel suppliers.

Each supplier may operate under its own booking conditions.

Where a supplier's terms are more restrictive than these Terms & Conditions, those supplier terms may also apply to the relevant part of your booking.

You will be informed of any significant supplier terms that materially affect your booking where applicable.

Blueprint Breaks acts as the organiser of your mystery holiday and arranges accommodation, activities and other travel services through independent third-party suppliers.

While we take reasonable care when selecting our suppliers, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Delays outside our reasonable control.
• Supplier cancellations or changes.
• Extreme weather.
• Government restrictions or actions.
• Industrial action.
• Natural disasters.
• Other unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful under UK law.

Some mystery holidays require a minimum number of travellers in order to operate.

If the required minimum group size has not been reached before the holiday date, Blueprint Breaks may:

• Amend the itinerary.
• Substitute accommodation or activities with suitable alternatives.
• Offer an alternative mystery holiday.
• Cancel the holiday and provide any refund required under applicable law or the relevant booking terms.

Where changes are necessary, Blueprint Breaks will communicate these to affected travellers as soon as reasonably possible.

By completing your booking and making full payment, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• You understand that full payment is required to confirm your booking.
• You understand that your booking forms an individual contract with Blueprint Breaks, regardless of whether you are travelling as part of a group.
• You understand and accept the mystery nature of the holiday experience.
