All bookings are made on a group basis.
One person will be nominated as the lead booker. The lead booker enters into this agreement on behalf of all members of the group and is responsible for ensuring that these terms and conditions are understood and accepted by everyone travelling.
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount will be clearly stated in your proposal or booking confirmation.
No accommodation, activities, transport, or other services will be booked until the required deposit has been received and cleared.
All prices are subject to availability until the deposit is paid. Once the deposit has been received, your booking is confirmed and pricing is secured unless changes are made.
All deposits are non-refundable.
You may choose to pay the full balance of the booking at any time.
Paying in full does not change the booking, cancellation, or refund terms outlined in these conditions.
Where offered, fixed payment plans allow the total cost of the booking to be paid in equal scheduled installments following payment of the initial deposit.
Payment amounts and due dates will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Payment plans are fixed and cannot be amended unless agreed by us in writing.
All installment payments are non-refundable once paid.
We may provide payment links or invoices to allow individual group members to make payments towards the booking.
Payment confirmations are issued to the individual making the payment.
We do not provide a shared payment dashboard and do not guarantee visibility of who has or has not paid, or of individual balances owed by other group members.
Tracking payments between group members remains the responsibility of the group and the lead booker.
The use of individual payments does not create separate contracts between us and individual group members.
Regardless of how payments are made, the lead booker remains financially responsible for the full cost of the booking.
If any group member fails to make their payment, the outstanding balance remains payable by the lead booker.
We are not responsible for disputes between group members regarding payments.
If a scheduled payment fails, we will automatically attempt to take payment for up to three (3) consecutive days.
If payment is not successfully received within this period:
We reserve the right to suspend services, amend the booking, or cancel all or part of the booking if payments are not kept up to date.
The full balance for the entire group must be paid no later than 6 weeks before travel, unless stated otherwise in writing.
For certain bookings, including peak season travel, large groups, villas, or premium accommodation, an earlier final balance date may be required. This will be clearly confirmed at the time of booking.
Failure to pay the full balance by the due date may result in cancellation, with applicable cancellation charges applied.
All deposits are non-refundable and are used to secure accommodation, activities, and supplier commitments.
If the booking is cancelled after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded.
Additional cancellation charges may apply depending on supplier terms. Once full payment has been made, some or all elements of the booking may be non-refundable.
Prices are based on the confirmed group size at the time of booking.
If one or more individuals drop out:
It is the responsibility of the group, and ultimately the lead booker, to cover the cost of any dropouts.
Some elements of your booking, including accommodation, activities, transfers, tickets, or reservations, may be non-refundable or only partially refundable once booked.
Details of any non-refundable elements will be confirmed in your proposal or booking confirmation.
Name changes may be permitted, subject to supplier approval.
A name change fee of £150 per person applies to cover administration and supplier charges.
Name change requests must be made no later than the deadline specified in your booking confirmation.
Some elements of the booking, such as event tickets, venue entry, or specific activities, may not allow name changes or may incur additional charges. We cannot guarantee name changes once final booking documents or confirmations have been issued.
All prices are quoted in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Prices may be affected by supplier price changes, availability, or exchange rate fluctuations.
Once a deposit has been paid, prices are fixed unless the booking is amended. Any amendments may result in additional costs.

By paying a deposit or making any payment towards a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your group.
